How long does the battery last?
It depends on the mode. In night-sensor mode, which only activates when you walk by in the dark, the battery lasts weeks. In fixed mode it drains faster.
Does it turn on during the day?
Not in night mode — it has a light sensor that keeps it off when the room is already bright.
Do I need an electrician?
No. It has no wires. It sticks to the wall with the included adhesive and magnetic base, and charges just like your phone.
Can it be used outdoors?
It's designed for indoor use. A covered porch is fine, but avoid direct rain.
